Denise Bodman has over a decade of experience in real estate with experience in sales, property management, training, consulting and customer service all with the finest of management companies and development partners. Denise is well educated and innately creative. Denise started her real estate career in Texas, spent a total of seven years in California servicing clients in San Diego, Los Angeles and Phoenix, AZ. Through Denise's career she achieved aggressive goals and remained a consistent performer. Denise served as a Director of Property Management and Operations in the state of California and was faced with several difficult tasks and has the knowledge of diversity in divisions such as HOA, Customer Service for Home Owners, Condo Conversion Management, Conventional Renovations and Real Estate Sales. Denise and her team maintained a full sale out ratio with over 200 prospects on an interest list. Denise closed 99% of the building in 9 months in a declining market. Final three homes scheduled to close during the tenth month resulting in a full completion of the downtown high-rise and a total sales volume of $160,409,400.
